As you probably noticed by the picture, and the title of my post, today is my birthday. Birthdays are usually a great opportunity to look back on your past year and contemplate about the things you would do differently, and the things you want to stay the same. 

I can tell you that the past year has been the best year of my life so far. I feel like I only started living the way I always wanted since I moved to Denmark. So many new experiences and friends; so much new knowledge... I wouldn't even know where to start if I would want to analyse every event in the past year. I already celebrated my birthday on Friday with my dear friends in Copenhagen, which was super fun.

I started my day today by a photography exam in school, and I got the highest grade, so I am super happy about that. I will spend the rest of the day with my flatmates, just relaxing and thinking about all the wonderful things in the past year. I can only hope this year in my life will be as equally amazing, or maybe even better. I will keep my birthday wishes for myself, because you know what they say... If you say them out loud (or write in this case:)), they won't come true! :)
